The first thing we did was close our doors to public walk in service to have a staff meeting and get off the
merry go round of panic buying and mad purchasing and overworking ourselves. We decided to stop running and catch
our breath. We decided to gather our energy to walk this out and re-strategize. Finally we decided to serve our
awesome customers in new ways like contactless delivery and contactless pick up while we renovated the store and
reorganized and retrained our staff for safety and the potential for months of social isolation.

We have taken many measures to ensure that we can still bring you top quality natural products in the safest way possible!
We have added a call centre for contactless delivery! It is free for seniors or $5 for a 10km radius. The call centre also handles preorder and pick up requests so you can get in and out of the store as fast as possible or pick up curbside!
We have installed a heavy plexiglass shield for cashiers, added hand sanitizing stations, developed regular disinfection routines, and provided necessary PPE for our staff.
We have established a limit of 4 customers in the store at any one time. Customers can wait in the designated spots outside the store if needed. We have also rearranged the flow and traffic inside the store to maintain social distance and removed any open samples.
We are providing our staff with bonuses during this difficult time, and ensuring that no symptomatic staff are allowed to come to work. Staff are separated into groups so that front line staff don't interact with call centre staff.
We offer public walk-in shopping, contactless delivery and prepay/pick-up in store or curbside.
